The pricing is very reasonable; however, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. While the staff members I encountered were polite and pleasant, the appointment scheduling process and communication were poor. I called to schedule an adjustment appointment for my blind father a realignment of newly purchased dentures and was told that an appointment was available on the day we needed. The representative informed me that the office would call me back shortly to finalize the realignment appointment. Unfortunately, no one called. After waiting two days, I contacted the office again, only to learn that the office had been closed for repairs until tomorrow and that the appointment I needed is no longer available and I now have to schedule dad for the following week. The overall experience left me feeling that there was little concern for the patient's circumstances. My father had suffered a severe fall that resulted in broken dentures, making this situation particularly urgent and stressful. Despite explaining his condition, I received the same scripted responses regarding scheduling, with no apparent effort to accommodate his needs. My impression is that the focu

Went to obtain new dentures. Already 2nd trip due to tech unable to obtain correct measurement on day one and messed up wax mold so I was told to return the next day even though it was before lunch. I’m a fair and understanding person so I didn’t complain, gave the benefit of doubt, mistakes happen. On initial visit for wax mold fitting at 1130, mold’s were very very loose, they kept falling out of my mouth, but I was told that the actual dentures when made would fit better. This was a different person who seemed knowledgable about procedure. Discussed the color, centering, length of top teeth. It was agreed that they needed more length due to they did not show at all , especially at a normal resting state, tech then took molds back and added more length to top denture. On second attempt length was satisfactory with adequate teeth exposure. Continues to be Excessively loose but I was reassured by this tech that this would be corrected with actual denture. I was given a paper to sign stating color, length of teeth. It was explained that after dentures were made, it would take $250.00 for any further changes to be made. Paper was signed and scheduled to return at 4 pm for placement

What a fabulous team of kind, caring, empathetic and knowledgeable staff. I was amazed by the professional care that was given to me. Going to the dentist is not normally a pleasant experience. They offered me grace and all came together and played a big part in making it as quick and painless as possible! Mihalia in the front office was simply a joy. Smiling, happy and understanding of my work schedule, allowing me some flexibility! Dr. Kalo, Neiya, Rebecca were fantastic also!

Bobbie did a fantastic job! She was very thorough, gentle, and informative. She even took the time to tell me about new products that can help with maintaining and keeping my teeth clean and healthy. The atmosphere is very professional, and everyone is so friendly and genuinely cares about helping you achieve the smile you want. Great job, Bobbie, and great job to the entire team! I also love Dr. there he is truly top-notch! If you’re looking for excellent dental service, I highly recommend them! 🦷😁✨

The staff is wonderful! The dr that I saw and his assistant were so good to me. I had been having a toothache for over a week. After teledoc and Patients ER, I got in with these guys and they did what was medically necessary. I do think my experience would have been less dramatic and less painful had my tooth not been cracked and a terribly infected. My mouth did not want to get numb like it normally does. All in all, they were good to me and I will likely be back soon.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The staff made me feel comfortable every step of the way, answering all of my questions and making what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly easy. Dr. Irani is incredibly skilled, patient, and attentive. He took the time to explain my treatment options, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The results exceeded my expectations—I have a beautiful smile again and a renewed sense of confidence. The office is clean, well-organized, and efficiently run, and every staff member goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. It’s rare to find a dental team that combines expertise with such genuine care for their patients. 1st. visit From the moment I walked in and signed in I was treated extremely friendly and felt very welcomed. When I was called back for my x-rays and examination the assistant explained the entire process. Dr. Kalo is top notch ( compassionate and truly concerned about your wellbeing) he give me different options and agreed with my decision. 2nd. Visit It’s go time, nervous and terrified of needles. The procedure that I had done was unbelievably painless ( a little discomfort a couple of times) but I couldn’t believe it. Thank each and everyone of you for your courteous professionalism I would most definitely recommend Affordable Dentures & Implants Dr. Kalo and the entire staff

Everyone is so very nice, attentive and just overall amazing. 5 stars 🌟 is not enough. The waiting room is wonderfully clean, as are the restrooms. They even provide coloring books and crayons for the little ones. I've had multiple visits and never had to wait over 5 minutes after my appointment time. These people are amazing and extremely helpful. They treat you like a good friend, not like a meal ticket as some places do. Thank you all!!!
